Pros: Fast start up and shut down, lots of USB ports, touchable icons above keyboard make it easy to open a program, turn on/off wireless, touch pad and turn sound on/off/up/down. Love it.

Cons: Fist update took over two hours, and three restarts. I carry a lot of static electricity and it tends to shock me when I touch the sides. Front gets dirty very easily.

Overall Review: Even though I haven't had it for long i'm loving it. It's the perfect size with the perfect size keyboard.

Pros: Easy to use. Easy access buttons above the keyboard for volume and such. Full keyboard.

Cons: Touchpad registers multi-touch gestures sometimes even if only one finger is touching the pad. Volume started getting a crackling sound and made it impossible to listen to music. Fan broke after a year of use, as well as power cord. Annoying beeping when you plug in or remove the power cord.

Overall Review: Overall decent laptop, for the money I would not recommend it. Gateway has no tech support nor is there anything online to help fix this model of the laptop if you don't have the money to take it to a shop. Decided to buy a new laptop instead of buying a new fan and power cord for this one.
