Pros: The headtracking works surprisingly well. The little joystick turned out better than expected. I personally prefer it than the old circle pad pro I had for my old 3ds XL

Pros: Upgraded from a GTX 570 and can tell the difference drastically.

Cons: Very big. I mean very, very big. Make sure it can fit in your case. I have the Coolermaster Scout case. Not the 2.0, the original one and I needed to tetris the card into my case. I don't have any cooling problems but just know this card is HUGE.
