Love it and M.2s in a NAS...amazing!

Pros: This is an amazing little NAS. I bought it because you can install two M.2 drives on top of the four hard drives. It was easy to set up, and I was able to get almost everything set up in an hour. I'm still trying to figure out how to connect this directly to my Dell server for backups. I installed four 12TB drives, and it configured the RAID 10 by the next day. Much faster than I thought it would have been.
Cons: They still use the tiny screws to lock in the hard drives. There's a much better screwless way available.
Overall Review: I looked at all (4) drive NASs. No others have the M.2 drive capabilities. You also get two 2.5 GbE ports. It's a powerful little NAS. I believe this is the best (4) drive NAS you can buy.
Customer service is slow \ No In mail exchange.

Pros: Good all round board, when it worked.
Cons: Customer service is slow No In mail exchange
Overall Review: I had the board for 7 months. I updating the BIOS when I 1st received it so the newer DDR4 memory would work in quad. Then each BIOS after that made improvements to make the memory work more efficient. The last BIOS B1 killed the last four slots on my board. I was able to flash the BIOS back to the old, but that didn't fix it. So I emailed MSI. They will RMA it, but you have to send in your board 1st. No in mail exchange. The board works with two sticks, so I would like to stay on line. Then once I receive the replacement send them the bad board back. MSI doesn't do that. I've had a lot of great luck with past tech going bad and having the ability to do a in mail exchange.
