Unresolved cut-out issues.

Pros: Large capacity, nice LCD display, battery expansion port, 1hr runtime at 1400w/70% load with 2 extra packs attached.
Cons: During some short utility power dips, the UPS transfers from line power to "no power" rather than battery, and remains in a no-power state after utility power resumes. UPS is still on, and LCD display happily states is is supplying zero volts. UPS does not resume supplying power until it is manually switched off/on. Cyberpower performed advance replacement of unit under warranty, and replacement unit exhibits same problem. As far as support can figure, the start-up load our facility generates in outages of under 3 seconds makes the power too dirty for their fragile little UPS. Support cannot come up with any reason for the symptoms and all they offer now is a refund. Cannot say this equipment is suitable for any mission critical applications, as no UPS should be the cause of power interruption.
Overall Review: *DISCLAIMER: I am not an electrical engineer, just a customer who expects high end hardware to perform its most basic functions even in less-than-ideal environments.
Newegg needs to verify its "facts"

Pros: Compact design, DVDRW and rails included.
Cons: Does not support i5/i7 CPUs.
Overall Review: This wouldn't be a problem if Newegg didn't have "Core i5/i7" in the product title. Manufacturer confirms, no i5/i7 support at this time. Product WILL NOT POST.
Flawed Design

Pros: * Quiet fan.
Cons: * Attachment via screws from back of motherboard, MUST have board out for initial installation AND subsequent removal. * Short/Wide design - In 2 directions, the heat pipes rested on the voltage regulators of the Asus P5G41T-M motherboards I was using before they turned upwards toward the fins, completely preventing the cooler from resting flat on the CPU heat spreader (approx 5mm gap at one end). In the other two directions, the fins of the sink prevented installation due to hitting the northbridge heat sink or memory modules.
Overall Review: The voltage regulator interference issue should have been a known problem prior to shipping the product. Stock intel coolers have reliefs cut into them around the base for a reason. By some miracle, no hardware was harmed in the making of this review.
Hardware Revision 2.1

Pros: It appears to work.
Cons: Received hardware revision 2.1R, based on Realtek chipset, no third-party firmware support. (1.x were Atheros)
Overall Review: It would be really nice if Newegg were to add the hardware revision to the specs when available. It's clearly posted on the outside of the box. Now I've got a pile of 5 routers that are worthless to me.
Corrupt RS-232

Pros: Not DOA (it gets the extra egg for this). Unable to use long enough to form any other positive opinions.
Cons: RS-232 produces corrupt communications. When attempting to talk to our equipment, characters typed were echoing back as completely different characters, if at all. Reproduced problem on 2 separate identical systems. All other systems not using this board, including one system in which the board was the only difference, communicate perfectly.
