Pros: It works It's 3TB It's physically fairly small

Cons: It can be really slow, and the administration interface is a nightmare. If more than one connection is made with it simultaneously, there's a chance it'll suddenly drop one or both. If you're making a large file transfer to or from it, there's a chance it'll suddenly drop at some point.

Overall Review: I wouldn't recommend this product, but I've had it for over 2 years and it still works, though I no longer use it much. If you want to stream your files, buy something a little more robust. This is fine for file storage on a local network, but there are definitely much better options for not much more money.
