Pros: Fairly quick transfer rate. Pretty compact.

Cons: 5 step "simple" activation instructions that require online trouble shooting to figure out. Very poor user interface. Does not include NovaBACKUP like it says it does, nor will it back up to an external USB drive. Confusing and vague help on website, and very short and inconvenienced-sounding customer support. Would not buy this product again or recommend it to anybody.
