Most Favorable Review

Woks as expected

XPG GAMMIX S50 Lite Series: 1TB Internal SSD 3D NAND PCIe Gen4x4 M.2 2280 (NVMe)
XPG GAMMIX S50 Lite Series: 1TB Internal SSD 3D NAND PCIe Gen4x4 M.2 2280 (NVMe)

Pros: - It was immediately recognized as a PCIe4 drive by my X570 mobo. - Reading/writing speeds similar of what is advertised: 3300/3200 MB/s. - The difference from my old SSD is noticeable; Win10 was installed in 5 minutes and everything is faster (games loading included). -The included heatsink is a plus and helps with temperatures (always below 50C).

Cons: - Nothing so far (used for 4 months).

Overall Review: - Nice update from a standard SSD. Not one of the fastest PCIe4 NVMe on the market but the value for money is good.

Most Critical Review

Blue Screen of Death every 10-20 minutes

ASRock X570 PHANTOM GAMING 4 AM4 AMD X570 ATX AMD Motherboard
ASRock X570 PHANTOM GAMING 4 AM4 AMD X570 ATX AMD Motherboard

Pros: - It started at the first boot with my new R5 3600 and I was able to install Win10 right away. - The BIOS update was pretty easy (USB Flash drive).

Cons: - Can't recognize my DDR4 3200MHz RAM, I had to manually set the frequency and the XMP profile (if I keep XMP auto it can't even boot). - The 1st GPU PCIe slot is right on top of both the Chipset fan and the 1st M.2 slot (my GTX 1660 Ti almost completely covers them), not a very efficient design. - Very unstable, multiple WHEA and constant blue screen of death every 10-20 minutes, no matter what task/game I run on the PC (it happens even just staying on the desktop).

Overall Review: - I wasn't annoyed too much by the RAM and GPU's PCIe issues, but I couldn't find a solution for the BSOD. I updated every driver, tried different RAM sticks (DDR4 2400MHz), a different GPU (GTX 1080 from a friend), to reinstall Win10 and to set the AMD energy profile on saving mode (CPU never went over 60C, so it wasn't an overheating problem), but nothing solved the problem. I would like to point out that all the other components, except the R5 3600, were from a previous rig and never had problems. - I contacted the ASRock customer service and they suggested to return this mobo. I am not going to try a replacement, I will go for a different one. Maybe I was unlucky with this particular piece (I see other people around with same BSOD problems on X570 chipsets), but coming from a previous MSI mobo I am not satisfied with this product.

Great value!

PowerColor Red Dragon AMD Radeon RX 6800 XT Gaming Graphics Card with 16GB GDDR6 Memory, Powered by AMD RDNA 2, Raytracing, PCI Express 4.0, HDMI 2.1, AMD Infinity Cache

Pros: - Price. - Raw performances. - Easy to OC. - A lot of VRAM.

Cons: - Loses performance with RT on, as expected.

Overall Review: - Great price/performance option for 1440p, if you don't mind loosing RT capabilities.

Great value for the price!

Cougar MX330 Mid Tower Case with Full Acrylic Transparent Window and USB 3.0
Cougar MX330 Mid Tower Case with Full Acrylic Transparent Window and USB 3.0

Pros: Good design for airflow and cable management, especially if you consider the price. Room for an internal DVD-ROM drive.

Cons: None so far.

Overall Review: I needed a case with dedicated space for an internal DVD-ROM drive and, given the few options around, this one was a very good solution in terms of price/features/quality. Used mainly for gaming, temperatures are fine as well with 2 front intake fans and 3 exhaust fans (1 rear + 2 top).

Quiet!

ARCTIC ACFAN00119A P12 PWM (Black/Black) - Pressure-optimised 120 mm Fan with PWM
ARCTIC ACFAN00119A P12 PWM (Black/Black) - Pressure-optimised 120 mm Fan with PWM

Pros: Very quiet. PWM works fine with my mobo's fan speed control (X570-a-pro).

Cons: None so far.

Overall Review: I had a very loud CPU-AIO, but since I replaced the stock fans with these it runs super quiet.

Good product, a little too loud

Cooler Master MasterLiquid ML240L RGB Close-Loop CPU Liquid Cooler, 240mm Radiator, Dual Chamber RGB Pump, Dual MF120R RGB Fans, RGB Lighting for AMD Ryzen/Intel LGA1200/1151
Cooler Master MasterLiquid ML240L RGB Close-Loop CPU Liquid Cooler, 240mm Radiator, Dual Chamber RGB Pump, Dual MF120R RGB Fans, RGB Lighting for AMD Ryzen/Intel LGA1200/1151

Pros: - Good cooling performance at low price

Cons: - The radiator's fans are loud

Overall Review: I got this cooler to replace my ryzen 5 3600 stock cooler. It works great, reducing the cpu temperature up to 15-20C: now I never go above 65C. As a minor problem the radiator's fans were a little bit too loud, so I replaced them with a couple of Artic fans and everything works fine now.
