Pros: I bought 5 of these drives to put into my Synology DS1511+ in a Raid 6 format. I back up using time machine for my macs and it also functions as the backend for my XBMC media players. The speed of these drives exceeded what I thought. The large capacity a big plus. I am able to output 3 different blu-ray rips to three different TVs without a hiccup. I am very satisfied with these drives

Cons: None so far.

Overall Review: I would buy this again if I need additional storage space.
