My girlfriend was pleased to receive this item, but upon delivery.. the package itself was okay condition. However, the ACTUAL xbox packaging was already opened. The clear sealing stickers on both the top and bottom had already been peeled back as if the system was already opened and used.. maybe as a floor model or something. Scuff marks on the power brick inside. Most of the internal wrappings around the systems components it self seemed to have already been opened as well. Basically, I feel as if I had been handed a used/ refurbished system. **EDIT** After testing the system last night, I have found the disc drive does not work and makes a clicking sound when trying to read the discs. I will be putting in for a replacement or refund. Not only that... but when checked the back of the system it looked as if the system void sticker had been taken off and placed back on..

The product itself was in excellent condition and perhaps its no fault of the company itself, but the out packaging was basically crushed and retaped back around and crushed again. The system works great and my GF is pleased.
