Pros: Picture quality. Good price for 32".

Cons: The main "Con' for me is that although the stand is separate, this HDTV is not designed for hanging on a wall with a bracket. The small screw holes on the back are too small to securely hold the set. Haier was no help when I called to inquire or ask for a recommendation.

Overall Review: In retrospect, I would have not purchased for this reason, but now I will find a means to rig it rather than return it.
