Pros: It's fast and it works! I've had absolutely no problems running it at the rated 2-3-3-6 at 2.75 volts.

Cons: BIOS does not automatically detect the correct voltage and timings. You have to set them manually.

Included software won't play DVD movies!

Pros: The DVD burner looks nice and works fine.

Cons: The Nero OEM software included with this retail package will not play DVD movies. You have to pay $xx to get the mpeg2 plug-in from Nero!

Overall Review: I agree with SciToast. This retail package is a rip-off. I would have bought the OEM drive, if I had known this.
