Comments: I purchased the case to house a hitachi 40gig travelstar. The drive fit perfectly. I slipped it in and plugged the single USB cable and my PC recognized it immediately. I was up and running in less than 5 minutes.

Comments: Bought 3 of these drives. All went seemlessly into their environments and man did they improve the performance of the laptops. I put them in a Toshiba and a Sony Vaio. I also bought one to put in an external case. The external is fast and very small.
