Pros: - Came with HDMI adapter - DisplayLink software is easy to install - Could install 6 of these to boost productivity!

Cons: - LED light on the adapter is bright and flashes, can cover it up or hide the adapter.

Overall Review: Bought this because my Macbook would not reliably turn on my Samsung monitor through the display port, sometimes flashing for minutes on end. This adapter enables the display to appear without that annoying glitch.

Pros: Used in a H270 build and XMP identified the speed exactly as described. Pair works well in dual channel.

Cons: Memory price in general is nuts near the end of 2017.

Pros: - USB3.1 and SATA III! - Love the LED to show status of the transfer - no problems with Linux

Cons: no cons

Overall Review: Previously I had some USB1 hard drive enclosures I disassembled and repurposed to access drives. The speed of this docking station is super compared to that old USB1 connection.
