Pros: -Transfers heat incredibly well -sturdy construction -Clear installation instructions -Comes with small tube of CPU coolant -If using 120mm fans, this product is only as loud as they are!

Cons: Don't mess up with the sticky pads it comes with during installation, they are very strong adhesive. I couldn't put a fan on one of the sides of it, because my mobo heatpipes were in the way.

Overall Review: Initially I was going to use this as a passive heatsink, but since I am overclocking my cpu, it was running at about °50 Celsius (idle) and °60 Celsius while gaming. So I put one fan in pulling air and now it is °30 celcius on idle and °40 celcius on a load.
