Great UPS
Comments: Like the previous people said, setup was extremely simple. Just install the software so you can monitor the UPS and you're done. It is a lot bigger in person though than you'd think by the picture, but it is an office-class UPS (not a bad thing at all). Just after I got it up and running my power happened to go out - didn't have much of a charge yet, but just enough to keep my system going good!
Pros: Massive storage for a very good price from a reputable company.
Cons: Seems fairly slow. Not bad on smaller files/directories, but trying to copy a 900MB directory took almost ten minutes. No lanyard.
Overall Review: Although somewhat slow, can't beat the price for a 8GB drive from Kingston.
Very good fan/heatsink
Comments: My old cpu fan had gone bad and I needed to get one quick. This was a great choice. I have a P4 2.8Ghz HT and I never have it at anything under a full load (100% CPU Utilization). The old fan kept it at about 52c, but the new one has kept it at a shocking 45c so far! And, the auto-speed adjustment works great. It started at 2200rpm at boot time and is now running at 3400rpm (my Asus P4C800E Deluxe Mobo had qFan off by default). Also, can't even hear the fan at all (got it along with two case fans). Very highly recommended.
Comments: I've had this board for about 2 months now. I have to say that it is truely amazing. After realizing that I didn't have the memory in dual channel mode, I actually did notice a slight increase in performance (when loading Star Wars Galaxies into memory, it was about 30 seconds faster than in single channel mode). This board supports everything that I will need for several years!
