Pros: Great product

Cons: Bad packaging. Item is almost 200 pounds. Cardboard doesn't cut it. APC sent me a replacement one strrapped to a pallet. It arrived safe and sound. Newegg, when shipping things this heavy don't rely on just the cardboard box.
