So far so good
Pros: Cheaper than a new one. My package arrived in less than 7 days. The gpu looks new and scratch free. Installed it and it runs perfectly. I used EVGA's benchmarking utility and it shows a 50% increase in performance compared to my old EVGA GTX 660 SC. With a decent cpu, it should run Battlefield 4 above 60 fps. (I have the i5-4670k)
Cons: It was delivered by purolator. There were people at home but no one heard a door bell or a knock on the door so I had to pick it up from purolator. When I got the package, the box had a hole (a kid's hand would probably fit in it) at the side which also tore through the gpu's box. You could actually see a part of the gpu from the outside. If not for the protective plastic holder of the gpu, it would have been damaged. It might just be that one particular delivery guy, but newegg might be a little bit at fault here. Not worth an egg though.
Overall Review: Makes a grinding noise for 5 secs at a certain fan level but I can live with that until I get the 800 series. It had the same price as the one posted in newegg.com. Awesome
Great
Pros: • Fully Modular • Came in a nice package • Delivery was fast and package came unscathed • Noise levels are awesome. I upgraded from a different 500W Corsair psu and you could easily notice the difference in noise.
Cons: * stiff wires, but if you're good with organizing, you should be fine.
