Pros: I am an IT professional who buys a lot of computers and peripherals. I purchased one of these machines a couple of weeks ago and was so impressed that I bought three more! I have had experience buying this model new from Dell and the cost was about four times as high. Normally you would expect a refurb to come with scratches, dents, etc. but these machines look brand new. One of the machines that I received was "DOA" and I expected the normal pain in the neck RMA routine of calling and getting the runaround. The vendor made the return and replacement very easy and I received the replacement in a couple of days. This is a great deal for the money... I highly recommend.

Cons: I can't think of a single thing to put here... I am very happy with my purchase.

Overall Review: If you are looking for a lightweight powerhouse you can't go wrong with this machine.

Pros: Best I can say about these drives is that it was delivered quickly.

Cons: The drive is supposed to be a HGST Ultrastar ENTERPRISE CLASS drive, manufactured by Western Digital. I have ordered these drives before and was very happy with them. The drives I received in this order were Hitachi 2TB Drives. I would not be surprised if they were "refurbished" drives and not new as they do not have a manufacture date on the label. The drives are noisy and clunky. I tried to return them but I got the message "not eligible for refund" whatever that means, even though I am a "Premier" member. I am very disappointed with this order and will be more careful when ordering drives from Newegg in the future.

Overall Review: Would not recommend that anyone buy from this vendor. The listing clearly says that it is supposed to be HGST - "A Western Digital Company".
