Pros: - Impressive tech specs crammed into a very elegant, thin design. - Good battery life combined with light weight and thin design make this a very elegant solution for getting things done on the run. I can run resource-intensive MATLAB scripts on this machine with no issues. I can control a mixer through MIDI software. This is a very capable machine. - Destroys technical performance of the Macbook in the same price range.

Cons: - If you care about hooking up multiple USB devices, you will need to buy yourself a USB-C hub. - Max resolution 1080p -- this is NOT a con if you're just going to be using the notebook display, since your eyes are diffraction limited to near 1080p for a 12.5" screen. If projecting in 4k is important for you (again, your eyes will NOT see the benefit of a 4k resolution on a small screen), then you may want to consider an option with a 4k res, as there are plenty in the 1500+ price range.

Overall Review: - I love this notebook and bring it around with me everywhere I go. - You cannot beat the Zenbook 3 tech if you are looking for a combination of portable and powerful. Obviously you can't game on this machine, but you don't buy a portable notebook for that.
