Pros: Amazing device. Bought about 5 of these over the past while to add 3rd monitors for my users. So much simpler than going though the compatibility pain of a PCI video card, and install takes a minute. Windows 7 autodetects drivers and runs with no issues! No reboot required! I use these to power 19 or 20 inch monitors, no lag. Performance is great. Its even magnetized so you can hang the device on a metal part of a desk.

Cons: New egg discontinued.... Bring these back!! USB cord is a bit flimsy feeling. I would not surprise me if it died one day, but it is a modular cable so you can replace the cable without replacing the adapter.
