Best fans I've found

Noctua NF-P14 FLX 140mm Case cooler
Noctua NF-P14 FLX 140mm Case cooler

Pros: I've built more than 100 computers for myself, family and friends over the years and Noctua makes the best fans I've ever used. I love that you can fit this 140mm fan into many places where only a 120mm would fit. Don't listen to John M's review below, he seems to be measurement challenged... This is in fact a 140mm fan, but it has mounting holes to fit 120mm screw holes, and comes with adaptors so it also fits 140mm screw holes. just make sure if you plan to mount it in a 120mm space there is room for the 140mm of fan that protrudes past the mount holes. It also wouldn't make sense to put the 140mm in a 120mm space if the ventilation holes only cover the 120mm fan area. Rubber mounting pins work great and isolate any vibration which keeps noise down even more. Long sleeved cable, 2 resistor adaptors to set fan speed lower if you want to really keep the noise to a minimum. Even at full speed these are very quiet though. With the highest resistor, your ears are better than mine if you can hear the fan at all from 2 feet away.

Cons: Color is a con for some, but I prefer quality and quiet to flashiness. Since they are inside the case I don't spend that much time looking at them anyway, but since I have an Asus Sabertooth motherboard the fans actually match quite nicely for me.

Overall Review: Just a tip from an experienced builder. Make sure you have more/bigger fans blowing into your case than blowing out. You want to maintain positive pressure inside your case. IF you have more exhaust than intake your computer will suck in dust through every crack and crevice trying to equalize pressure. If you have positive pressure it will actually blow dust out of your PC. You will have to dust your PC far less often with positive pressure. unfortunately, most cheap cases are terrible for this. spending an extra $20-$30 to get a case with positive airflow is well worth it, especially if it has easily cleanable filters where the intake fans are. Don't forget to account for your video card's exhaust if you have one of the cards with a blower fan that exhausts outside the case when calculating to get positive pressure. They can move a lot of air at high speed.

Rosewill RTCA-106R01279 Magenta Toner Replaces Xerox 106R01279
Rosewill RTCA-106R01279 Magenta Toner Replaces Xerox 106R01279

Pros: cheap. I had a yellow and a black cartraige work.

Cons: All i get on the printer is "insert Magenta cartrage" I've tried 2 of these. Now I'm not sure if the toner is incompatable or incompatible and damaged my printer. I really don't want to spend $90ish on a xerox cartraige if my printer is now broken. I had a yellow and a black cartraige that worked fine from Rosewill.

Nice fan

Fractal Design Silent Series R2 140mm Silence Optimized Hydraulic Bearing Black/White Computer Case Fan
Fractal Design Silent Series R2 140mm Silence Optimized Hydraulic Bearing Black/White Computer Case Fan

Pros: Very quiet Moves a decent amount of air. rubber mounting pins isolate vibration Even comes with a resistor cable to lower fan speed if you find it too loud, but I really don't see a need to use it since they are so quiet anyway, though I have mine plugged into the motherboard so they are speed controlled by temperature. Though, I have plugged them in at full power just to see how much noise they make and couldn't hear much.

Cons: none that I can think of.

Overall Review: I bought 4, one had a broken blade, but that gave me a chance to try out the new Newegg premier service I recently subscribed to. It was fantastic! I called the premier 800 number when I did the RMA and the return shipping label didn't show up to print. I got to a live person right away and he was excellent. Spoke perfect American English, in fact I don't think Newegg is using an external call center, sounded like I was talking to someone in California at Newegg headquarters that was born and grew up in the US. He handled the issue quickly and professionally. Sent out the new fan right away and told me I didn't need to bother shipping the broken fan back. Which was great for me since I get really bad headaches (cluster headaches if you are curious) that make me very light sensitive, so I don't leave the house if I can help it. Now I don't have to! Thanks Newegg! Saved me some hassle and actually saved me from some physical pain.

Fantastic card! Very quiet

SAPPHIRE TRI-X OC Radeon R9 290X 4GB GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 CrossFireX Support Graphics Card 100361-2SR

Pros: Very Fast and Very QUIET! Absolutely fantastic combo. Most cards get very loud under load. This one can be hashing at 20 intensity (max load for you non-miners) 2 feet from your head and you can barely hear it.

Cons: Long, 12 inches, make sure it will fit in your case or buy a new case. Currently overpriced. Newegg has had it as high as $799 recently. I got mine for $699 and I thought that was way too much.

Overall Review: I bought 2 of these, one for my machine and one for my wife's. We have our computers in the family room so we needed something quiet and I didn't want the hassle of watercooling. These fit the bill perfectly. My wife and I like to game together, sometimes while watching TV so we have our PCs set up in the family room. Her PC is behind our chairs so it must be quiet since when we recline it's only a few feet from my right ear. I can barely hear her PC even with it mining litecoin at full speed. Card never gets to 80 degrees. I have another brand 290x in the basement for mining, I can't get it to hash as fast as these (70-80mhps difference) even at the same or higher clock speeds, and it sounds like a hairdryer (that isn't an exaggeration for effect... it really does) when mining. Beware the reference cooler. That one is actually outside the case on a riser next to a cracked open window in February and it sits at nearly 95 degrees C.

Great cable

Coboc CY-U3-AAMF-3-BL 3ft SuperSpeed 5Gbps USB 3.0 A Male to A Female Extension Cable,Gold Plated,Blue,M-F

Pros: it's a 3 foot extension, if you need one, that's a pro! It works great!

Cons: wasn't free.

Handy for a tablet PC

2X Micro USB Otg Host Cable Compatible With Samsung© Galaxy S2 Sprint Epic 4G Touch D710
2X Micro USB Otg Host Cable Compatible With Samsung© Galaxy S2 Sprint Epic 4G Touch D710

Pros: Short and don't stick out so far you have to worry about bumping the cable and breaking the pug on your device. Handy to get a 2 pack so you have a spare or one for another device.

Cons: Can't think of one... how about since it's a 90 degree angle and a 2 pack it would be nice if they there was one angled right and one left... but that's the best I can do for a con.

Overall Review: umm... it's just a cable... don't really have any other thoughts about it.

So far all's well

Item was shipped and recieved in a reasonable amount of time. Packaging was minimal, but the item wasn't what I'd call fragile, I wouldn't have used additional packaging if I'd shipped it either. So far item seems to be working, so can't comment on how return/exchanges might go.
