Reverting back to the full context menu resolved this issue completely! Original review con below, which no longer applies Goes to sleep fast, so you have to wait for it to "wake Up" before using.... Some times as long as 30 seconds.

Overall Review: Works as intended, which is to store my backups and 3D Print files Working better than ever now!

Pros: I ordered 2 of these, and both are working flawlessly. In my Synology DS220j Diskless System Network Storage that I bought to pout these in, I was getting sustained write speeds of 107MB/s transferring old Macrium Reflect backups from my PC to the NAS, which is very impressive for Mirrored 5400 RPM drives

Cons: No complaints

Pros: Easy to assemble (As long as you use 3.5" drives; 2.5' drives require adapters (not included) my 2 - WD Red WD40EFAX 4TB 5400 RPM 256MB Cache SATA 6.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive fit inside perfectly Speeds copying old backups to NAS (Macriumn Reflect format) sustained 107MB/s writes, which surprised me given that these are 5400 RPM drives Default is mirrored, which works out fine for me - Extremely simple to configure, was up in way less than an hour, including assembly time

Cons: I haven't found any cons yet, it is working as intended

Overall Review: Rewired my entire house with Full Gigabit throughout. I used Coboc CY-CAT6-1K(CM)-ST-PR 1000 ft. Cat 6 Purple Color 550Mhz UTP Network Cable, BYTECC RJ-45PLUG Cat 6 Crystal Clear RJ-45 Shielded Tip/Connector, 100-Pack, 2x BYTECC C6BOOT-K Black Color Snagless Boots for RJ45, 50-Pack, and Rosewill RTK-007 Cable Tester - Pro - No Issues. I notice now, about a week after I bought these, they are discontinued. Good thing I got my order in when I did!

Pros: NO scrap cables, and every one of them works at Gigabit speeds. Never even had a single bad end.
