Don't buy COMBO

ASUS M4A79T Deluxe AM3 DDR3 AMD 790FX ATX AMD Motherboard
ASUS M4A79T Deluxe AM3 DDR3 AMD 790FX ATX AMD Motherboard

Pros: Looks nice, have not been able to get it to work. Will update this comment when it works.

Cons: I do not know yet... but read below.

Overall Review: Please do not make the same mistake I did with buying the combo pack (motherboard and RAM). The Corsair 2048MB 1600MHz CM3X2G1600C9DHX is NOT compatible with this motherboard. I will contact newegg about this. I just read that newegg cannot guarantee compatibility with combo packs, but I hope they give me a refund. I am a new customer and would like to continue shopping at this site. But they need to take off that Memory stick combo. I verified the incompatibility with Asus tech support.

Arrived Defective

ASUS M4A79T Deluxe AM3 DDR3 AMD 790FX ATX AMD Motherboard
ASUS M4A79T Deluxe AM3 DDR3 AMD 790FX ATX AMD Motherboard

Pros: Haven't had chance to explore it, other than waste weeks of my time.

Cons: As mentioned by others, this arrived defective. I went through a lot of trouble trying to figure out what went wrong with bilding my computer. ASUS tech support concluded that I had incompatible memory RAM (even though I bought this as combo from newegg). Switching memory didn't work. ASUS tech support then concluded that the video card was defective. I RMA'd the videocard (also ASUS product). And finally, ASUS tech support concluded that it is the motherboard (well, he said it could be motherboard OR bad memory, but I am not going to repeat this cycle!!). So now I am waiting on my RMA motherboard from newegg. But I have wasted so much time and money on shipping.

Overall Review: It may be best to look for local computer stores to build your own computer. I dunno. Maybe I will give newegg another chance when i build a new computer in 5 years.

Defective

ASUS GeForce GTX 285 1GB GDDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16 SLI Support Video Card ENGTX285 TOP/HTDI/1GD3
ASUS GeForce GTX 285 1GB GDDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16 SLI Support Video Card ENGTX285 TOP/HTDI/1GD3

Pros: It looks nice.

Cons: No hardware installation manual. Nowhere online either. I guess it's common sense to install these graphics cards or something. But there is a nice CD to show you how to install the installation CD. That is just plain ridiculous. Anyways, the reason why I am complaining about the lack of instructions is because I struggled for hours trying to figure out why this card is not working. My monitor shows nothing. I called ASUS tech support and they concluded that the graphics card is defective. I am extremely upset. I was so excited to try this huge baby out. But customer service was great, I admit. So I RMA'd and newegg should return me a replacement. But I hate having to wait another week or so to receive it. Next time I may just stick to local retail stores.

Overall Review: ASUS needs to stop being cheap and provide hardware instruction manuals. Not everyone grew up with PCI Express cards or whatever. Call me dumb, but give me a picture or something!
