Pros: Satisfied with print quality and speed

Cons: Was initially unable to get it to work via USB. Brother tech support was unable to resolve, claiming it was a cable problem. However the cable worked on a different printer. And I tried another brand new cable. Still Brother said it wasn't a problem their printer. I think it was. Was able to get it working on wireless however. After 6 months of light usage, still on original cartridge, it just won't power on. Tried all the recommendations. It is dead. It's the weekend and no support available from Brother...

Overall Review: Would not recommend. I felt support from Brother was marginal when initially have USB problems. With this power on problem I suspect it is just a low quality device.
