Pros: This PSU looks great! It's designed to fit my Cooler Master Case perfectly. The air intake vent conveniently placed at the base of the case where the PSU sits. Has all the right cables and length. 5 year warranty.

Cons: I was up till 3 am trying to figure out why my system wasn't POSTing. Did everything in the book to exonorate the PSU. Even tested to see whether the case was shorting the PSU. I looked at a couple reviews and confirmed my suspicisions about the PSU. I just RMAed it for a replacement. I didn't bother contacting Cooler Master. Their terrifying customer service reviews freaked my socks off.

Overall Review: Newegg, you rock! Has anyone noticed how great their shipping and customer service are? Let's be fair to Cooler Master because they have a good name and I hope that this was just one rotten PSU threatening to mess up a thousand great ones. I hope that the replacement will put a smile on my face. Cooler Master: I hope this is not just all bark and no bite.
