Easy install
Pros: Completely painless Vista install. Aero compatible. Boosted my Windows Experience Index "graphics" category to 5.9 and my "gaming graphics" to 5.4.
Cons: Moderate fan noise. Not "silent" by any means, but not a jet engine either. This is the only thing keeping me from giving this a full five stars.
Overall Review: Required a power supply upgrade, which I expected. EVGA website has recommendations for adequate PSU.
Good deal
Pros: Hard drive hardware installation was incredibly easy. Small form factor. When fan isn't running, it's silent. When fan is running, still reasonably quiet.
Cons: Didn't initially give me hard drive configuration options (was supposed to do so automatically on first log in), which slowed down set up. Reboot fixed that. Needs more reference material for settings.
Good deal
Pros: No problems so far.
Cons: None.
Overall Review: I reserve five stars for the best of the best.

Pros: Runs superbly on my Vista machine with two 19" LCD monitors. No problems. Reliable. Reasonably quiet fan.
Cons: None (other than the price keeps dropping).
Working well
Pros: Installed this power supply in an HP a1700n with an ASUS A8M2N-LA motherboard so that I could run a GeForce 7600 GT video card. Nice big, quiet (very quiet) fan. Did I mention that it's quiet?
Cons: No documentation comes with this product at all, so you either must know what you're doing or have another computer nearby for install research in a pinch.
Overall Review: Comes with an 8-pin EPS12V connector for that second motherboard connection most people need. My motherboard needs a 4-pin ATX12V connector -- what no one mentions is that you can plug in just four of the 8 pins in this case.
Works beautifully
Pros: I bought two for a Vista machine. Easy install, instant recognition. No problems at all. Highly recommended.
Cons: None.
