Printer did not work from the start. Drivers loaded fine. Went to print a test page and it sounded like it was going to print, then after about 2 seconds, heard a soft clunking sound and all the lights turned on. Tried to reset the printer, but lights still on. Tried about 5 more times, no change. Contacted 3C Tech Mart through Newegg... crickets. Fortunately, Brother looks like they will honor the warranty with a replacement.
