Pros: Fast boot up. It's ready to go when I mount the device. Very nice speaker. Voice and MP3 songs are clear and loud. Bright and clear lcd screen.

Cons: FM Transmitter is annoying with too much static. FM Transmitter/MP3/Navigating makes GPS less responsive to user inputs. I hit a button on a touch screen and it takes about 3 seconds to process my input.
