Best Deal (By Far!) Going

Pros: Doubled my framerates in Oblivion over my X1950pro. Using riva tuner overclocked easily to 720/900. Destroys the 8600gts and x1950pros at the same price. Runs at 67C load with very quiet fan I set to run at 60%. I'm shocked at the bang for the buck, this card's only slightly faster big brother, the 3870, is already 90 dollars more, but not 90 dollars better! Uses the same power as the x1950pro. Running on a FSP 400watt P/S no problem.
Cons: I only use XP so I can't comment on the DX10 issues. Vista and DX10 will really have to improve over XP and DX9 before I invite them into my computer!
Overall Review: I expect this card to increase to at least two hundred bones, and possibly two-twenty next week in order to align properly in the ATI and Nvidia market price/performance line. Newegg is warning you of this price increase: "holiday savings until Nov 27th", limit 4 per customer. Get one while they're a steal!!!
Very solid unit!

Pros: Efficient, quiet, powerful (34 amps on the 12V rail---408 watts divided by 12 volts for those who don't understand the math), solid rails at all loads, durable, Seasonic quality.
Cons: Only two SATA power leads. No sleeves.
Overall Review: I got this on sale for 7 Jeffersons from NewEgg--thanks guys, what a steal, I feel kinda dirty! Most "2-rail" power supplies are really a single 12V source with 2 sets of leads, which is a good thing because many higher end cards demand high 12V rail amperage. Google for reviews of the @ntec ea500, which is identical (earthpower series is made by seasonic), for all the postive and detailed reviews. This power supply will comfortably run ANY single card and most sli/crossfire rigs. It does have 2 pci-6 plugs, btw.
WOW!

Pros: I'm still in shock! My Sapphire X1950PRO went from 50C idle to 38C idle, and from 79C load to 48C load (playing Oblivion)!!!!! That's a decrease of 30C in load temps!!! My card has NEVER hit 50C since I installed this cooler! Now I do use the eight dollar twin fan supplementary turbo module with it, and the results are amazing!!
Cons: As others have stated, the memory heatsinks are a bit tricky to keep stuck on, and you'll need up to an hour of patience to get this massive badboy installed. But Your patience IS REWARDED!
Overall Review: I'm simply amazed by this cooler plus the accompanying turbo module fans' results as compared to the stock, or ANY cooler for that matter. Best thirty dollars I ever spent. Buy a low-priced X1950PRO, slap this cooler on it, and enjoy high-end DX9 games affordably!
Price/Performance Unmatched

Pros: I have my E6300 running perfectly on a gigabyte ga-945p-s3 with an arctic freezer pro 7 and kingston 667 mhz RAM, 512mb x 2. Already incredibly fast at 1.86ghz, I've overclocked it to 20% because it's so easy: fsb at 320mhz, RAM underclocked (with a 2 multiplier yields 640 mhz)--this gives me a solidly stable 2.241 Ghz with NO VOLTAGE INCREASES! I'm sure I can go higher, but what's the point? Idle temps about 30 C, load at 36 C--cool as dry ice. Sweet!
Cons: I imagine the stock HSF is garbage like most-- I never bothered to use it. My arctic freezer pro 7 is a small price to pay to protect and cool this jewel.
Overall Review: This processor is all most user's (99% of us) will need for the next few years anyway. Multitasks great, play games faster than AxD's processors and overclocks with no voltage increases (safely) very well. Best price/performance for my money!!
