Pros: it looks like it would work.

Cons: I just wanted an inexpensive printer, this one was on sale. The special sale ad did not mention there were no ink cartridges included. I looked closer at the packaging in the ad and the box said the cartridges were included. When I got the printer the box stated the ink cartridges were inside. they were not. I just got the run around from the sellers. I can not print the return label as I do not have a printer. Newegg kindly said they would mail a label to me. I have until December 23rd to return it and it is December 17th and no label. in 5 more days I will be stuck with a printer that the cartridges coat more than the printer. BEWARE.

Pros: Easy peasy to install, I am a senior citizen. It works just like it is supposed to work . There are no automatic renewals with the price doubled.

Cons: So far I have not found any cons to this antivirus.

Overall Review: I think my refurbished Dell Optiplex 9010 is a great computer. As a senior citizen, not a computer whiz, I was impressed with this computers ease of installing as I did it myself. My old computer crashed and I was in a panic. I ordered this one as it had everything on it that I needed. It is so fast that I was stunned. I would love to list the pros and cons but I have not found any cons as yet. You can't do better than this computer, thank you. P.S. I did not use the keyboard or mouse.

The ad on the web site said the ink cartridges came with the printer. The box the printer came in said on it that the ink cartridges were inside the box. No ink cartridges in the box. I called customer service on Newegg and they informed that the cartridges did not come with the printer per KsiMall new advertisement. Too bad so sad buy the cartridges they cost more than the printer!! Nope sending it back to them.

The computer arrived on time and well packaged. I was able to install it myself. It fixed all of my slow internet problems thank you.
