Pros: I used this motherboard with FX 8300 cpu. I was able to overclock the cpu to a stable 4.2 with air (noctua) There was more room but mixed size and brand of Ram was the limiting factor. The voltage regulators (MOSFETS) to left of the cpu socket,when running prime95 really heated up to off set this heat I mounted a AMD stock CPU fan above them and that dropped the temp about 20 c

Cons: Overclocking with this BIOS is a mixed bag it works fine but it's not that intuitive.

Overall Review: I would recommend, the price of FX Cpu's and if you currently have the ram and other components this is A good upgrade

Cons: The reason I am here is to warn you that the rebate is a waste of time. I am not sure if newegg is aware that this rebate thing is boarding on a scam or not. Bottom line good card don't count on this so-called rebate. JD

Pros: The card works great no problem can overclock

Cons: The only problem is don't count on the rebate they will (XFX) come up with some way to make sure that's not going to happen. XFX you don't need to give me your canned response, damage control?
