Pros: Perfect receiver for those who want a decent setup with lots of HDMI inputs and good support for other types of inputs. Does a great job at managing inputs after a little bit of tweaking in the menus. The manual requires a few read-throughs before you'll really understand how to work this beast.
Cons: Nothing so far.. I guess it would have been nice if it had more than 2 sets of component inputs but I'm really splitting hairs here.
Pros: It has a the picture of King Kong on the fan.
Cons: Totally worthless. What everyone else is saying is true. The card suffers from a hardware malfunction where you will, at random times, get artifacting on the display and then the blinking-screen of death. nVidia dropped the ball on this one- stay away.
Overall Review: For those that wish to find out if their 7900GT is bad, simply do a full test on 3DMark. The constant switching in and out of the tests should eventually trigger the artifacting and then cause the blinking screen.
Pros: Easy to set up, only needing one person - provided you have the ability to lift the glass shelves out of the box. Plenty of vertical room in both of the shelves. Looks good with most of the black bezel LCD displays that are being sold these days.
Cons: Kind of expensive, although I probably paid too much due to impatience. I really couldn't stand having my TV on the floor anymore.
Overall Review: Newegg ships this through a freight company which requires that they call you before delivery and that you sign for it. The company (AIT in this case) apparently didn't get my phone # from newegg so it was sitting in some warehouse for a week before I called asking what's up. Just watch out for that.
