First Gigabyte Product in Years
Overall Review: I was up late while intoxicated a few weeks ago and decided to see if any Rtx 3090's were available. By some chance this one was actually in stock, so I ordered it as quickly as my drunk stubby little fingers could go. I didn't even look at the picture, details, etc.. just straight to checkout. In the morning I decided to see how tf my drunken self managed to blow two thousand dollars. I was happy to see that I managed to buy one of these elusive cards, but I was disappointed by the fact it has a waterblock. I've never put together a loop, and was afraid to do so, and also upset that I had to spend MORE money. Oh well, now that I made my first loop and actually get to USE this card now, it's money well spent. The card is impressive and stays cooler than my 3950x in certain instances. The card is also much smaller than I expected, but quite heavy. I do not like RGB Fusion because I hate proprietary software just to work LED lights. Other than that, excellent card and performance. I hope they get the stock situation worked out, I'd be interested in running these with nvidia link even though its probably not necessary.
Quality control
Overall Review: Died in the first two hours of use
Loose timing, high clock speed
Overall Review: But it works and does what any module does, just slightly faster and with a higher price tag.
Pretty Thicc for Speedy Boy
Overall Review: This GPU is huge, but looks great and feels good in your hand. Barely fit in my Phanteks Eclipse 200a but - it did! Mine had one fin that was slightly bent but it was an easy correction. I honestly hate to leave a review because I wish I could forget spending this kind of money but - hey, it's a beast of a card and if you can stomach the price it's absolutely worth getting. Excuse the cable management in the picture, as this is purely just to show how it fit in a mini-ITX case.
Fits full size RX 6900 XT and looks nice too
Overall Review: I've never built a mini-ITX and was expecting it to be a nightmare but I was pleasantly suprised. The case fits a full size XFX RX 6900 XT and I was BARELY able to get a Corsair H100i Elite Capellix 240mm to keep my Ryzen 9 5950x cool. The only thing that could be improved would to replace the side pannel doors with ones that screw in. Also cable management with Corsairs RM series powercables is a nightmare, so I'll be getting some cables from Cable Mod for better management.
Performs well, has a weird smell
Overall Review: Performs well, it does have a slightly off smell though. Not much else to say about it, other than it was the best priced formula at the time of purchase. Switched from EWKB Blood Red. Dont think Ill be buying anything with a dye in it again.
