Pros: it will fit one of those machines (Dell Optiplex GX240, small formfactor) that you will kill yourself trying to find a 300+W PS. It also has a 20/24pin main connector. If al else fails look on new egg.

Cons: It covers up the only 2 pci slots i don't use. It only has 1 p4 connector

Overall Review: It is a slim ps, that will fit any of the thinest pcs.
