Good board
Pros: Easy set up Recognized all devices on first start-up - NVMe, SSD, hard drive Easy to overclock if you set your own parameters...and I am a rookie at OC'ing Conservative single RGB, I am not the average age of most builders and don't see the need for the flashing lights etc Excellent sound Wi Fi connects immediately and seems to run consistently as fast as my wired connection with speed tests around 80Mb/sec on my connection
Cons: Built in OC functions are worthless on my board, the system will not run stable using any of the built in easy OC tricks Bluetooth is non-usable. Tried streaming music to a Bluetooth speaker and it plays for 4 secs and goes silent for 1 sec. Yes, I have all latest drivers and the speaker works great from phone and other computers The manual skips over several aspects of the bios, so not sure what some of the settings do for me UPDATE - Bluetooth has started working now, if it continues to work well, it will be a great bump to performance of this board
Overall Review: All in all, I am happy with the board. After about 3 weeks, no issues at all except the easy OC functions that induced multiple BSOD errors. If you are going to OC, set your parameters.
Not as advertised
Pros: Better than a 5400 64Mb cache HDD, but not by much.
Cons: This SSD is no where close to its advertised speeds. I have several Samsung drives and all meet or exceed their advertised read/write speeds, this one cannot even manage half of advertised speed, this using several different benchmarking utilities.
Overall Review: Stay away from this drive, you will do better to buy a quality HDD or just about ANY other SSD. Toshiba should be ashamed for marketing this drive like they are, it is blatantly FALSE
Excellent case, minor issues
Pros: Roomy but not too large Looks good Decent quality with only minor complaints Included fans are quiet, but not PWM. I got this case to make wife happy - she loves the purple LEDs and the purple stripe Able to use a Noctua NH-U12S cooler with ample clearance, though the MB backplate cutout does not allow the cooler support brackets to be installed after installing the MB because 2 of the 4 holes are still blocked by the backplate....isn't that the purpos of having the cutout?
Cons: The lower SSD space is not usable on my build as it blocks the SATA connectors of the MB (ROG Strix z370 gaming-g) The hard drive configuration layout makes it difficult to daisy-chain the power connectors The PCIe slot is slightly misaligned to the graphics card and interferes with connecting the DP cable to graphics card. I had to loosen the card to get the cable to seat completely, then re tighten the card. I thought I had a bad card as I could get no DP out because the connector kept hitting against the case frame and prevented it from seating fully. All good now
Overall Review: This is a great box at any price if you are not building show quality systems. It is attractive, accommodating, great price, and is easy to build in. Save your money for where it counts and buy this case if you are doing mATX or mini ITX builds
Quick delivery
Pros: You can pay a lot more for these at local retail or even online. At $9, this was a steal. Quick delivery and works as advertised. Thanks!
Cons: None
No tracking
Almost 3 weeks and still no valid tracking information on this order. I also recently ordered 2 other items shipping from China and have been able to track the item from seller, to carrier, through customs and departing US carrier locations in HI and NY. Why is it so difficult for this seller to provide tracking info? I will never use this seller again. I answered the item is "as described", but I can't verify since I have not received it....yet. Who knows if I ever will?
