Pros: Great features, 2 IDE headers, 3 PCI slots, SLI built in, 2 PCIe highspeed slots, nice heatpipes and great Overclocking ability.

Cons: If you want to run 4 sticks of memory, you absolutely MUST upgrade to BIOS version 1.5!! This is the single most common reason for people to feel they have a DOA board. If your board doesn't post, no beeps, no video, etc. Install only one stick of memory in memory slot 1, and boot up the BIOS upgrade disk with BIOS 1.5 on it.

Pros: great sound great fit great thump

Cons: about a year and a couple months, of course after the warranty has ran out, the foam pads around the ears started to peel like s black sunburn. I still use them, but I hate to say, as much as I love these headphones, this year at PAX EAST I'll be buying a pair of skullcrushers.... I really wish I could get replacement pads for these though, and I wish they lasted longer.... or hell, I wish they failed during the warranty period at least!!!!
