Phenomenal CPU, easy to install and lightning fast
Pros: -Very easy to install -Incredible speed (I've OC'd mine to 5GHz) -Low operating temperatures -Even workload distribution (more app based than the CPU itself)
Cons: -Expensive, but to be expensive -On my motherboard, it made a horrible grinding sound when I locked it into place. I thought I might have broken it, but apparently that's normal?
Overall Review: This is an exceptional CPU for the gaming community. After upgrading to it from my AMD FX8320, it was a complete night and day difference in computing power. Well worth the price, I think this CPU will serve me well for a few years.
Not bad. Not worth the price.
Pros: +Good form factor +Nice switches +Good customization via Razer's app
Cons: -Lighting started to die around 7 months into use (had the 'N' key die fairly early, experienced various lighting issues from there out) -Plastic frame
Overall Review: The keyboard isn't bad, but for the same price you can get a Corsair with better Cherry switched and more reliable lighting. As with all Razer products, you're paying probably a ~20% higher price just for the name. Is this keyboard was priced in the $80-100 range, it would get a full 5 eggs, but for the price of $130, it's 3 at best. Only buy this if you are a Razer purist. For most other gamers, especially those going for the actual best gear, grab a Corsair.
Extremely powerful heat sink, very easy to install
Pros: -Easy to install -I love the pre-applied thermal paste -Extraordinary cooling capacity (my 5.0GHz OC i7-6700k runs at 20 idle, never breaks 65 even under heavy load)
Cons: -Default fans are a small, I would suggest purchasing after market ones if you have larger vents.
Overall Review: All around excellent product, would buy again.
A case to last a decade or more!
Pros: -Fantastic build quality -Nearly all steel design -Exceptionally roomy -Both sides come off, allowing easy organization of cabline -Excellent noise dampening
Cons: -Very heavy (what do you expect with a massive metal case?)
Overall Review: The case is very well build, very good build quality. The nearly all steel construction gives it a significant amount of heft, though that's to be expected. Each access ports for USB and headsets near the power switch. It has four bays for external drives, which is pretty excellent. THe total inside space is phenomenal for an enthusiast. I have no issued cramming the case full of all the cards and drives I need! One feature I really like is the screen on the bottom fan areas. It makes it super simple to clean and reduces the amount of dust getting into the case. You can just pull the screen off, hose it off with a can of air, then replace for a very low maintenance case. Another great feature is the sound dampening; each fan slot comes with a plastic and fabric sound insulator to keep the noise down. It works very well! Overall the roomy design, good airflow, and high quality construction will allow you to keep this case around for years to come, at least until home PCs radically change in their form factor! I highly recommend this case to any enthusiast!
