Pros: The computer came quickly and well packed. The windows operation system worked well.

Cons: This computer was build for a business and the bios was had been set to disable the USB ports. I had to go into the bios and reset to factory default to get the USB ports to work again. The battery showed no charge after being connected to power for a week. I ran the battery test and it said the battery was bad. I had to buy a new battery.

Overall Review: The computer works well now and I downloaded Windows 10 and installed. Now I have a very good computer.
