Works Awesome in Antec 300 Case!
Pros: Quality Engineering at an affordable price! The CPU never gets above 80F (26.7C) while running Folding@Home project software at full tilt with a room temperature of 72F (22.2C)!!! I'm glad I spent the extra cash for it... It fits perfectly in my Antec Three Hundred case and is in perfect position to exhaust the hot air directly out of the case! Antec 300 + Zalman 9700 = Perfection!!!!!!
Cons: At some point during your build you will probably get a minor cut from one of the fins...
Overall Review: GIGABYTE GA-MA790GP-UD4H - Mobo ASUS EAH4870 DK TOP/HTDI/512MD5 Radeon HD 4870-Vid AMD Phenom II X4 94 - CPU G.SKILL 4GB (2 x 2GB)1066 F2-8500CL5D-4GBPI-B - RAM ZALMAN CNPS9700 - CPU Cooler CORSAIR CMPSU-750TX 750W - PSU Antec Three Hundred - Case SAMSUNG 22X SH-S223F - DVD burner 2x Western Digital 1TB - Hard Drives
Pros: Nice lights.
Cons: Doesn't work correctly... It gives you a completely different weight reading every time... I'm definitely under the weight limit of 330lbs, but it doesn't matter... I make sure I'm standing very still, and have it on a completely level floor and it still registers weights all over the spectrum... 100's...200's...300's...EE
Overall Review: If I didn't pay money for it it would be kinda funny cause I'm sure some Carney could guess my weight a lot better than this... Even Fred Flintstone had a better scale than this! So much for keeping track of my weight while working out... **Flush** There goes 20 bucks I'll never get back!
Perfect for my setup.
Pros: Solid construction. Nice thick, quality cord. Outlet covers to keep dust and cat hair out of the unused slots.
Overall Review: Honestly, I only buy CyberPower surge suppressors and UPS's now. They just give the best quality products for the money. I now have 9 different CyberPower surge suppressors and 5 CyberPower UPS's and have yet to get a bad one.
Better than 2 years ago
Pros: Quiet. Very lightweight. Cools Quickly and cools well. The USB connector has been tweaked to be smaller and more durable than it was when they manufactured these 2 years ago. Easy to pop off the metal mesh and clean out all the dog and cat hair that builds up inside. Just straighten out the little mesh tabs on the bottom and pull it off.
Cons: Bottom side plastic needs to be thicker or stronger so that a knee in the wrong place doesn't push the plastic into the fan blade.
Overall Review: I am very pleased that Cooler Master actually reads some of the posts here. They fixed 1 of the 2 complaints I had about this item and improved on an already great design. Thanks Guys!
