Great case well thought out

StarTech PEXUSB312A2 StarTech.com Dual Port USB 3.1 Card - 2x USB-A - 10Gbps per port - Expansion Card - PCI Express USB Card - PCI-e to USB
StarTech PEXUSB312A2 StarTech.com Dual Port USB 3.1 Card - 2x USB-A - 10Gbps per port - Expansion Card - PCI Express USB Card - PCI-e to USB

Pros: After getting a blazing, for me, 281 mb/s read rate, my Anker 7 Port USB 3.0 hub slowed down to 89 mb/s. I unplugged 4 of the ports and for a short period the one SD card reader jumped back to 280+ mb/s. This short dropped back to 91 mb/s. Finally, replaced the Anker SD card reader with a Lexas USB 3.1 SD card reader and am now back up to 281 mb/s. What is going on?

Cons: The plate that mounts to the computers frame doesn't line up. It took a half dozen attempts to bend it this way and that until I was able to tighten down the screw without the card slipping out of the PCIe slot. This is a real problem as I was not confident that the card was seated properly when I finally got it secured. However, it seems to be working fine.
