Great cable, great price
Pros: Very nice construction Works perfectly Arrived quickly Great price
Cons: None
Overall Review: Great product, great seller.
A premium product, it's a good value.
Pros: - This is the fanciest mouse I've owned or used. This feels a lot like a next gen experience. - The adjustable removable thumb rests are well done, and serve the intended purpose (more options). - For large hands, this feels great. - The DPI adjustment is pretty cool, haven't tried it in games quite yet, the mouse arrived a few hours ago. But as a really convenient pointer speed adjust, it's pretty great. - Really cool lighting, very adjustable. - nice that the software integrated completely with my corsair keyboard without any input required by me, I hadn't bothered, but it's nice to have those lighting effects available as well.
Cons: -The brushed aluminum colour option is more of an accent and not a construction option. Check the picture, the aluminum part is just about 10 percent of the overall outer surface if you include the bottom. I was hoping for the base and the overall frame feel like an aluminum mouse, but it's still a plastic mouse in the end. Albeit the best one I've ever used. - I expect an adjustment in my tendons, as a heavy computer user who is used to the logitech and microsoft width. This is wider and will probably feel like a next gen controller adjustment for the next couple of weeks.
Overall Review: - I saw another corsair, the M65 for $69 or something in a local office supply store, and I thought jeeze that's nice, that's all I need, I wonder... When the actual Glaive arrived, and it was up and running, I did not wonder if I made the right choice anymore. I did.
Awesome
Pros: works awesome, super quiet, perfect.
Cons: No LED options
Surprisingly good
Pros: Large tube, I thought I was getting 3 or 4 applications but there might actually be a hundred or two here.
Cons: None
Overall Review: Go for it, great stuff.
Really impressed
Pros: This processor is just fantastic. Haven't had any need to overclock, I really thought I would but it's running my games just awesome on ultra settings with 1080p and 60hz. on 2 monitors and TV. I thought I was taking a chance on AMD, I've been an Intel man for around 15 years, (*actually since my Cyrix 686 for my old guys) I would say I am really glad I did. This is a lot of horsepower, the upgrade from my Intel 2600 series gaming laptop is definitely generational. Multi-tasking feels like multiboxing. I haven't been able to bog it down with browsing, video converting, downloading, installing. I haven't seen overall CPU usage above 50 percent yet! I remember just a short time ago, maybe a year, when people like Gamers Nexus and Linus and Jay were saying that 8 cores is just overkill for gamers, perhaps that is still true but it sure feels good. I haven't gamed while multitasking yet, it just feels wrong to me, I'm an old dog, but somehow I feel like I would be pleasantly surprised.
Cons: Arrived with a lifted seal which allowed me to open the box completely without breaking any additional seals. This concerned me, but the processor had no sign of thermal paste or fingerprints, it looked brand spanking new, so Newegg support and I decided it probably was returned unused, but they fully did give me the option to exchange it, which I declined. Happily, the performance is so good I simply haven't needed or wanted to overclock anyway.
Overall Review: If you feel like you're taking a chance on this like I did, I say pull the trigger. My personal rig and benchmark results: Running stock except for RAM. Mobo: Gigabyte Gaming K5 X370 chipset Proc: Ryzen 7 1700X Ram: 4x4Gb Crucial 2133 at 2666. (my current upgrade path, but haven't tried pushing it further yet) SSD: Crucial 256 GB M.2 Video Card: EVGA 980Ti VR edition Cooling: Corsair H100iv2 Cinebench: 1525@2666, 1308@2133. Firestrike Ultra: 13527 (If I recall this was at 2133 memory timing) Doom: 150+ FPS, no jitters at all. Rust (highest preset): 80 FPS, no jitters at all. (bonus: loading time for proc map is actually playable now!, maybe 3mins) Farming Simulator 17 on highest settings: around 100, can't recall exactly but no jitters at all Take these results with a grain of salt, I'm a techie but I'm not being rigorous at all here.
Really, really nice mobo
Pros: Awesome look, really beautiful board Lots of USB, lots. RGB looks really nice, updating software provides more options. Quite a few RGB headers. Watercooling pump header Works perfectly, no issues whatsoever. Lots of little cables and extensions and converters and connections in the box
Cons: Would be nice if it shipped with an updated BIOS but I know that's unreasonable to ask.
Overall Review: Really really nice board, couldn't be happier.
