Nice notebook mouse

Microsoft Wireless Laser Notebook Mouse 6000
Microsoft Wireless Laser Notebook Mouse 6000

Pros: Great notebook mouse. Works on any surface you can throw at it. Small compact package. I like the way the dongle is integrated into the body of the mouse. Great for use with a laptop or netbook if you don't want to use the touchpad. The mouse seems to work pretty well on any machine I have tried it on. No problems making the dongle work so far.

Cons: The mouse is pretty small, it took me a while to get the hang of double-clicking without moving the mouse. This is pretty standard for mice this small I think.

Overall Review: Waiting to see what the battery life is like, so far so good. It has been around a month and I haven't had to change the batteries yet, but I don't use it all the time.

great netbook

ASUS Eee PC EPC1000HA-BLK001X Black Intel Atom N270(1.60 GHz) 10.0" WSVGA 1GB Memory 160GB HDD NetBook
ASUS Eee PC EPC1000HA-BLK001X Black Intel Atom N270(1.60 GHz) 10.0" WSVGA 1GB Memory 160GB HDD NetBook

Pros: Very fast, boots up very quickly. Nice large hard drive compared to some other netbooks. Larger screen but still small enough to travel with comfortably. I like the gestures on the touchpad, but they can be somewhat glitchy. Might just be me getting used to using a touchpad though. Great wireless connectivity. Very attractive finish when there are no smudges on it.

Cons: As others have said, smudges appear very quickly but they wipe away easily. The neoprene case also seems to pick up dirt everywhere it goes, but not a big deal to me. I wish there was a little more room in the case to put a small mouse in with the netbook and charger.

Overall Review: I used truecrypt to encrypt the system drive and occasionally the keyboard wont respond in the truecrypt bootloader, but disconnecting the battery for a second seems to fix the problem. Not sure where the problem lies on this one. Otherwise, I love the netbook and it has been working more or less flawlessly for me so far.
