Pros: Excellent value -- include the rebate and it's a real winner. I definitely noticed a difference in speeds compared to my older Sandisk CF models (not the Ultra version).

Cons: So far none, of course I have not tried the Ultra version of Sandisk.

Overall Review: I am curious about how "fast" the Ultra II Sandisk CFs are, but for now I am content with what I have. :)

Pros: I've been waiting to replace my Windows XP PC for years now, finally Win7 takes the cake. So far so good.

Cons: Annoying "UAC" but could be worse...
