Pros: Cost effective. A big positive step from XP (yes we were dragging our feet on these 2 units - took momentary physical failures & true end of XP to get us to buy new CPUs...if it ain't broke). No fuss, nice to have a really clean machine

Cons: You will likely want to update the video card driver (until you do you'll get intermittent and momentary black screens while surfing the net). Yes the included keyboard and mouse are basic, but they are new. The power cord seats okay but not super-firm/secure at the CPU. Came loaded with IE8 (slightly outdated)

Overall Review: Arrived quickly and well-packed. "Before you Begin" sheet suggests there are additional detailed instructions - there aren't, but seriously just plug the thing in and go (after carefully transcribing the Win7 product key), and you'll be fine.
