Overall Review: Added to support a digital music & video-library in my HTPC, in use every day, works great, no lag or stutter in playing audio/video. I already have almost 3TB full and no issues or drive-errors. It’s not 7200rpm, but as a video/.mp3 library device, the 5400rpm/ 64mb-cache on a SATA-3 connection works just fine for me. I've had it in my PC for 4 months, and this HTPC has been in use almost every day in that time.

Pros: Read and write speeds are excellent, limited more by the NVME controller than anything else. No special drivers required, Win 10 x64 installed the card correctly and recognized the attached nvme drive when I first logged in after installing the card.

Cons: None? Maybe it would be better if you could use two nvme drives on the same PCIE card in a RAID-nvme set-up???? :)

Overall Review: Used to add NVME boot drive to a Dell Precision T3610 workstation. Read and write speeds are excellent, limited more by the NVME controller than anything else. Paired with a PNY CS3030 1TB nvme drive. Just be really careful about which style nvme drive connector you pair with this card (read the specs, and overview, study the images, and really study images of the nvme drive you select) and it works perfectly. No special drivers required, Win 10 x64 installed the card correctly and recognized the attached drive when I first logged in after installing the card. Paired with a USB-bootloader, my workstation now boots off the USB, which activates the PCIe card and NVME drive, which has all OS and programs loaded (on the nvme). Breathes new life into the tower without forcing a CPU/motherboard upgrade.

Pros: Arrived in great shape, clean, no odors or residue/ dust, it really looked brand new (one small, very light line on one panel of the tower). Been running great in the 6 months I've had it, it's taken every upgrade I've plugged in without any issue at all.

Cons: Had a small issue where they built it with a different CPU than I had ordered (E5-1650 vs E5-1620), but the company sent over the correct replacement right away, and the tower was functional during the time while new CPU was shipped. A lot of people would have been even happier with the E5-1650, I just needed Ghz for CAD, as CAD programs sit on a single core, so the E5-1620 was best for my situation. They were really good to work with on sending the replacement CPU (and thermal-paste!). Would definitely buy again from them! :)

Tower was clean, no odor, no residue, one minor very-light line on the outside of the case. Over the 6 months I’ve had it, I’ve upgraded the video, upgraded the HDD to a SSD, added a second HDD, swapped in a blu-ray drive, and added a card reader. No issues, power supply handles extra load with no problem. Win 10 Pro x64 works well with this tower. Would definitely buy again, and recommend to anybody.

Pros: Ease of install, reliability, good speed. I have been ordering Samsung SSD's for my employers CAD workstations for years (840 Pro's, 850 Pro's, and now the 860 EVO's). Have probably 20 different drives used in workstation-upgrades over the last 6 years, have had zero failures of any of those drive, and almost every one is still in use with towers / laptops that are "on" 99% of the time. Simply put - you get what you pay for. I wanted reliability and good speed, these deliver.

Cons: Wish the price would drop a little more... :)

Overall Review: Works well, fast, solid, no issues in the 4 months I’ve had it installed. Improved boot and shut-down times. Apps and data are snappy. Have been buying Samsung SSD’s for years at work and now for home, and have seen no quality issues or failures. My HTPC doesn't support boot-NVME, so this was best option for me. I used the free easeus cloning program to enact the change from my HDD to this SSD.
