Pros: Plenty of thermal compound that will last me a very long time especially with the plastic seal that you can place back on the inside to keep it from drying out.

Cons: Really messy and stains shirts but that's why I wear "cheap" shirts while working on computers.

Overall Review: This is a very good deal for those that build a new system every few years or so. It doesn't seem to dry out as long as you keep the lid on it. TIP: Get a syringe and use it for application or a "tongue" depressor (Ask your doctor nicely for a few).

Overall Review: Really glad I replaced my last drive with this one. It is worth it. If you are upgrading from IDE optical drive to SATA it is worth the difference in transfer speeds.

Overall Review: If you buy in bulk or even just buy big packages of meat and break them up this will pay for itself. You can buy bigger packages of meat and seal it tight so your meat will not frost burn.

Pros: It turned on

Cons: It does not work right with my 1tb drives. I purchased them at the same time as the enclosure so they are the exact same model. I tried to contact the manufacturer but never resolved the problem of RAID1 Failing/resetting and losing all the data. The failure occurs anytime between turning it back on to 4 hours. It is not the drives because I was able to use the drive for 24 hours straight on the external docking stations from the manufacturer.

Overall Review: I am attempting to return it and will probably avoid Startech from now on.
