Works great
Pros: The cable works great. I needed this to go with my 360 VGA cable since the provided RCA plugs didn't reach my speaker system. So I just used this cable adapter instead of the adapter provided with the VGA cable since the provided one doesn't have a cable of its own, it's simply a plug type. Anyway, hooked those two up and it works on my 5.1 speaker system. Not in 5.1 *i think* but I don't think my speakers have dolby digital support.
Cons: None really. The cable is longer than what I need it for, but for those who need every inch of the 6 ft. this cable definitely provides them.
Overall Review: I first tested these by plugging the 360 Composite/Component cable RCA plugs into it, and I got a weird hum through them when everything was quiet. I don't know why though, but I get no hum through the VGA RCA plugs, so I'm happy.
Excellent earbuds for the price.
Pros: Sound is better than my old Skullcandy earbuds that I bought for 40 bucks IMO of course. I like the different tips that come in the case and the cord has a nice "shield" over it that feels sturdier than anything else you could get at this price.
Cons: Only con I really have is that the pair I received are a little different than those in the picture. I think I got the first version of these instead of the second. The plug at the end isn't the weird angled one (which I wanted), but an L-shaped one. No biggie as they still sound great, but I did want the newest version of these available. From reading the Head-Fi.org forum review, the newer version sound even better. So if you get those, they'll be better than mine.
Overall Review: I just want to quote Vengance [sic] of Chipmunk here: "Definitely try ALL of the tips. DO NOT just try out the headphones with the ones that are already on the headphones and call it good (or bad). As the "Start Guide" says: everyone's ears are different. If you have never had ear-buds like this, give them a chance. They will probably feel a little weird at first, allow yourself to grow accustomed to them before giving up on them. They may sound a little "ringy" at first. This will work itself out after a little use as you "break-in" the headphones." This is good advice.
Works great
Pros: The cable feels hefty and sturdy which I like, and it does its job well with my Viewsonic 17" monitor. I just ordered a new 22" monitor, and I have a good feeling it will work well with that one too. If you want this or you need this, you should definitely get it because it's worth the price.
Cons: None really. The cord may be short for some, but that's saying a lot since I find it too long. But then again, not everyone has their stuff so close.
Overall Review: It comes with an RCA to 3.5mm adapter and a "mini gender changer" for CRT monitors or VGA LCDs (like my 17" as of this typing* that don't have a VGA input only a VGA output.
