Goodbye 7750, Hello 750ti
Pros: Card is tiny. Should fit most low profile cases Fans run quite, even under full load. Can play many games with max settings on my mini HTPC Works with my 200W PSU
Cons: None yet.
Overall Review: I have this mounted inside of a Cooler Master mini 110 case. The ports go through the motherboard backplate and a flexible PCI extension connects it to the mobo. Previously, I had a low profile Radeon HD 7750 in there and my prospects for upgrades within my space requirements were low. Amazing, this card fits even better, massively outperforms the 7750, and is also quieter due to the nice dual fan setup. Perfect for a small HTPC/gaming rig.
Pros: Well constructed. Compact receiver. Makes a good paperweight. Batteries Included.
Cons: Non-standard power buttons mean it will not turn on your PC. No documentation. Remote is not programmable and there is no software included to remap from Windows.
Overall Review: Looked promising but fell far short. Genuine Microsoft MCE remotes are still the best.
Fit an HD7950 card
Pros: Its about as small as you can practically get for a micro ATX. Good gaming/HTPC sleeper chassis. We fit a reference HD7950 card inside.
Cons: We had to notch the PSU connectors to prevent the wires from being pinched by the top. Most high-end cards have the PCI-E connectors on the top now and that effectively increases the card height by 15-20mm. If you notch the connectors and send the wires out the sides, you can get this type of card to fit. Left fan port is unusable.
Too short for high-end video cards
Pros: Looks great. Placement of optical drive on PSU side allows for larger CPU coolers. Plenty of space for drives.
Cons: Case is too short (vertically) for high-end video cards. Had to bend heat pipes on a sapphire 7850 to get them to clear. Case slightly warped in bottom center but not too far for MB flex to cope with.
Overall Review: Built this for a friend after building a Silverstone ML05 for myself. The ML05 fit my 7850 and 7950 (barely) but this case would not. Case was great other than the height limitation and would consider again.
