Total waste of money and time
Pros: - Fast when it works. - Decent web interface - Easy to change from router to access point - Helps heat the room on a cold day
Cons: - Have to connect via WIFI in order to use the web interface. Using the IP address does not work from a wired computer. - Will not maintain a solid connection. - Randomly does not show the SSIDs - Very few settings can be adjusted
Overall Review: Really disappointed in this thing. I bought it to be a higher bandwidth replacement for a TP Link AX1500. That router was rock steady and worked perfectly. Plugged this one into the same exact location with the same cables and had nothing but issues. This device should have been a simple device upgrade for TP-Link but apparently there is no such thing.
It is meh
Pros: - a lot of different screwdriver bits - screwdriver handle ratchets
Cons: - Did they really put SAE sockets in this set? Those are useless on a computer where everything is metric. - Includes a soldering iron that is at best dangerous. Beat the rush and throw yours in the trash immediately
Overall Review: I was hoping to get everything I use on computers in this one tool kit. First use I needed a 9 mm socket and found out the sockets are SAE instead. The kit is just meh. Nothing to get excited about and likely to make you need tools outside the kit. Especially for replacing the ultra-cheap soldering iron.
Fabulous for the Price
Pros: - Not that much more expensive than either the 2700 or the 3700 - Significant speed boost. I don't overclock so I want the processor to scream when I take it out of the box. I thought this would be maybe 10% faster than a 2700. It is closer to 50% faster. - If you are used to installing CPUs this is pretty dead simple to install. - Gives a great gamer rating.
Cons: - I notice the price has gone up since I bought it. I guess that is the current trend in CPUs
Overall Review: I am a die-hard AMD fan boy. After the FX series debacle it was nice to get this Ryzen and be back in the game. Both single core and multi-core scores are excellent. 8 cores is about all one needs for a general purpose/programming PC so getting more or faster is not a real issue. I went for liquid cooling so don't know how the included CPU cooler works. You are on your own there.
Pros: It was cheap at $99. It has HDMI, VGA, and DVI connectors.
Cons: Dim Blue Contrast is pretty poor
Overall Review: This thing is not impressive. I will try again later to get it manually adjusted. The automatic adjustment is very dim, very blue (white does not exist) and very indistinct. Text on the screen is fairly hard to read. When I move the same item to the Acer monitor I also have connected, the text jumps out. I am considering sending it back
I'm so excited
Pros: Sounds Fabulous Simple Operation A Great Value
Cons: Not an automatic, but I knew that going in. Like me, you may need a preamp. My A/V receiver did not have a phone input.
Overall Review: Be sure you know what your are getting into. As a turntable, this is a great value. It sounds wonderful. I have really enjoyed to depth of sound I get from the device. However, it is totally manual. You must position the stylus over the start of the record. At the end of the record, it does not lift its own arm and return it to the rest. You must return the arm to its rest. My kids got this for me for a birthday. The first day I listened to records for 9 hours. It was wonderful.
