Quailty box missing some parts

Pros: This is a very high quality box. It is strong and well made. Unlike some cheap boxes, you won't bend it making updates. The method mounting the hard disk is very good. even the "solid" mounting method provides a lot of shock mounting. The cooling fan has an odd three position speed switch, a nice touch. It would have been nice if a place was provided to mount the switch.
Cons: This is not a big deal but two things were missing and this caused the 4 star rating. There was no speaker or an equivalent. While almost all systems have external speakers now, some sound maker attached to the speaker pins on the mother board is still useful for diagnostic purposes. Secondly, the clips needed to mount 5 inch drives like CD/DVD drives were only supplied for one drive while there are 3 bays. It is effectively impossible to use the other two bays without the clips.
Hard to lock position

Pros: It is strong and fits the edge of the table nicely
Cons: There is no adjustment to tighten the vertical movement of the monitor. The weight of the monitor makes it tilt down. The only way to use it was to use a tie wrap from the back of the monitor to the arm to help hold the monitor at the right angle.
Overall Review: I am very surprised about the issue of the monitor being allowed to tilt down. The monitor used is no where near the limiting weight.
It was Crucial - it works.

Pros: I have always found Crucial products to be reliable and this was no different.
Overall Review: When possible I stick with Crucial products.
not usable with current mother boards

Pros: small, nice looking
Cons: This is a IDE/20 pin mother board power supply only. It can only be used as a replacement for computers with only IDE disks and a 20 pin connector on the mother board. As these have not been made for many years, I expect that is not very useful.
Overall Review: Be sure you really only are using IDE disks and a very old 20 pin mother board. This has no provision for any of the current designs.
No customer support

Pros: Seems to be a fast board
Cons: Can not get network drivers to install
Overall Review: The board was populated with an Intel i5-9600 processor and 16 GB RAM. It came up the first time and Windows 10 PRO was loaded. Then the drivers on the included CD were loaded but the network driver would not install. The driver on the MSI web site was run but that would not install either (with the error no Intel device found). The BIOS showed the network devices enabled. The MSI web site technical support page is broken. After filling in a long list of required items, the page did nothing on "submit". The forum does not seem to have anything useful for this. This is the first time that I have had a MB failure of this sort having built systems with many boards.
Power supply in wrong place

Pros: Appears to be well made but never got to complete the assembly
Cons: The power supply is on the opposite side of the commonly used configuration. I have never seen this configuration before. As a result many power supply cables will not reach all the way across the mother board to the connectors.
Overall Review: If you buy this thing be sure the power supply has very long wires.
Don't depend on first class mail
I placed an order on June 9 and did not receive it until June 23. Almost all that time it was listed in tracking as just "in transit". It has been shipped from CA to MA by first class mail. I only got it after filling in a missing mail report with the USPS. Use at least Priority mail. If that is not available, don't order.
Third party suppliers are a problem
One item in the last order (power supplies) was unusable as it only had connectors for the now obsolete bother board standard. Between the restocking fee and shipping fee they were almost not worth shipping back. Newegg did not do this in the past. I will no longer get any items which come from a third party. Specifically, I was ordering another processor chip and found that the supplier has a poor record of support. Not doing that.
